Description
The box contains:
A machined & varnished wooden board with the image of the outline of a frog.
A set of wooden labels for the parts of the frog. Red printed on white.
A wooden board with a coloured image of a frog with the parts names.
Labels are : frog. body. head. eye, tympanum. fore legs. hind legs. webbed feet,
The child places the labels on the board and checks the labeled image.
Self correction helps the child to learn that not having it right is on the way to getting it right.
The adult encourages the child to check but does not make any negative comment about it not being right.
The adult praises the child when they get it right.
